This summer, Porto Montenegro willhostthesecond edition of Polo in the Port – a highlight of the season’s social and sporting calendar– from 12-13 August. Bringingworld-class professional players to Montenegro for only the second polo event in the country’s history, Polo in the Port will draw families, polo enthusiasts and socialites for a weekend of exceptional entertainment in a stunning waterside setting.

On a specially created polo field on Porto Montenegro’s Arena, overlooking the superyacht marina and with the majestic mountains of Boka Bay as a backdrop, fourinternational teams will compete in a series of four matches. An extraordinary blend of danger, speed, strategy and riding skill, polo – nicknamed ‘the sport of kings’ – is considered to be the world’s most exciting spectator sport. Fusingthis high-octane sporting action with entertainment, food and musicin a relaxed and stylish ambience,Polo in the Port promises an exceptional weekend in the Montenegrin sunshine. 

Family-friendly and pet-friendly, it is a unique way toget a taste of the Porto Montenegro community.

For the perfect weekend party, spectators may choose from a range of all-inclusive VIP Packages or – following polo tradition the world over – bring their own picnics to enjoy while watching the action on the field.
